Report of the Commission
The general report presents the main conclusions and recommendations of the Special Commission on the Development Model (CSMD). Entitled "the New Development Model, releasing energies and regaining trust to accelerate the march of progress and prosperity for all", the report is structured around three parts.
The first addresses Morocco today and in the future, the second presents the New Model proposed by the Commission and the third suggests levers of change to achieve the New Model’s ambition.

The general report presents the main conclusions and recommendations of the Special Commission on the Development Model (CSMD). This report results from the many interactions that the Commission organized with the living forces of the Nation throughout the past year.
